Mr. Rocker is an expert in consulting projects, which include network infrastructure planning, security assessments, architecture design, policy planning and development, disaster recovery and backup strategies, LAN/WAN security, and training. Mr. Rocker is an author and frequent lecturer on E-commerce topics, including power wave and other internet trend topics.

Larry Rocker

Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

For over thirty five years, Larry Rocker has worked in the financial industry in roles ranging from a broker, to VP of Citibank. In addition to being accountable for the financial planning and record-keeping of both institutional and individual investors, Larry has also been responsible for managing the financial risks of auto dealers. While under intense regulatory scrutiny, throughout his career, Larry has effectively managed people, while being the driving force behind strategic shifts in the business models of many markets. In recent years, Larry's role has expanded to encompass the communication of financial performance and forecasts for the auto dealer community. In addition, Larry has also gained extensive experience in overseeing market performance and strategic growth initiatives during various market conditions. Based on Larry’s vast knowledge in various levels of finance, management, and communications, Larry has joined iNetworks as the Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Larry is responsible for the overall financial management of iNetworks, including financial reporting and transparency, and he handles multiple corporate functions relating to investor relations, corporate and strategic development, and investor-financing activities.
